  Simply put, get a 2nd opinion! He charges State College prices in Mifflin/Juniata county. Go with someone else, trust me! I would have given him ZERO stars if I could, but that wasn't an option!! Not only was he never present to do any of the work (he has another guy do most of the work), but every time I called Caleb (the owner) to see how things were progressing, he was at the bar. Needless to say, giving your business to someone who drinks (even on Sundays) is probably not a good idea. I wish I would have known this beforehand. Giving Caleb my business was 1 of the biggest mistakes I've ever made and I am hopeful by sharing this will help other folks not make the same mistake I did.
